Nothing excites me more than a fabulous piece of statement jewellery, like this resplendent and sublime cocktail ring from Thomas Sabo at Mococo jewellery.
Mococo is a brand that’s only recently pinged onto my radar and it’s quickly become a firm favourite in my accessories repertoire.
It’s a one-stop-shop of luxurious but affordable designer jewellery, encompassing brands such as Vivienne Westwood, Daisy London, ChloBo and of course, the trendy and innovative designs of Thomas Sabo.
I was so pleased with this ring that I let out an involuntary giddy squeal when it arrived. I couldn't have been more delighted to add this smashing piece of finger candy to my jewellery box and my life.
It's such a unique design, with it's rich cognac coloured stone, set in a classic octagon 18k yellow gold-plated sterling sliver cut. I adore the cute little cubic zirconia sparkles at the sides which twinkle and catch the light beautifully. It's a real showstopper and it deserves its own Instagram account!
Christmas came early for me when I landed this little belter, but if you're struggling for present ideas, I can highly recommend this ring, either for yourself or the special person in your life. I purport that one special gift is worth a thousand silly pieces of tat, so it's better to invest in something that will last the test of time and not get donated to the charity shops as soon as they open in the New Year. So I'd start dropping hints now, to avoid the chance of ending up with drinking games, socks or potpourri!
Like dogs, rings are for life and not just for Christmas. Although this is a cocktail ring, I don't believe in 'saving things for best' (or cocktails) and I don't want my magical ring sitting in the box waiting for the next night out. A ring this spectacular needs to be set free; to live its best flamboyant life roaming the Savannah of your hand. I've been wearing it to work, the doctors, Tesco and to declutter my wardrobe. It's pretty robust. I've received a ton of compliments, which is also a bonus and it's added a certain pizzazz to my often humdrum existence.
I also found that wearing it on my forefinger generated approximately 10% more compliments, as you can draw attention to it by pointing at things.
With this ring, you can make a statement without saying a word. It also makes typing work emails and filling in your Outlook calendar a whole lot more glam. It's brightened up my life with its edgy, whimsical vibe and is one of my favourite pieces of finger furniture.
As a special treat, Mococo have kindly offered you all a fab, festive discount. Use the code LAURA10 at the checkout to get 10% of your order across anything on the website! I will warn you though that browsing on Mococo is rather like slipping into a wormhole; you'll be on there for hours marvelling at the range of fine jewels. There's something for everyone, whether you're a quirky girl like me, or a lady with simple elegant taste. They also have a range of classy men's products such as watches, cuff links and pendants. Alongside the designers mentioned already, Mococo also stocks jewellery and watches from leading brands such as Swarovski, Chrysalis, Clogau and more. (The discount cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.)
They also have lots of cool little extras on at the moment such as free gift wrapping and free delivery over £50. They also offer free engraving on selected Thomas Sabo products.
So cheers to that and thank you so much to Mococo who very kindly gifted me the ring - (shop it HERE) Wishing you all a very happy Christmas and may your stocking be full of fanciful jewels!
